Firm Rules

Key rules and guidelines for traders

Audacity Capital features no time limits on both evaluation and funded phases across all programs (Ability Challenge, Ability One, and FTP). Stop loss is not mandatory, though proper risk management is recommended. Traders are allowed to hold trades overnight and over weekends, and EAs/automated trading are allowed. Minimum trading days apply depending on the program (4 minimum trading days for the Ability Challenge phases). Maximum leverage ranges up to 1:100 on Forex pairs. High-frequency trading (HFT), tick scalping (closing trades under 2 minutes for small pip moves), grid/DCA hedging against rules, and arbitrage strategies are prohibited.

Consistency Rules

Audacity Capital evaluates trading consistency through an automated consistency score system during challenge phases and payout reviews. Traders must maintain a consistency score above 70 to qualify for automatic approval. Accounts with scores between 50 and 70 undergo manual review by the risk team, while scores below 50 require additional trading to improve profit distribution. Standard evaluation challenges do not impose a strict single-day best profit cap, but traders are prohibited from relying on lot-size anomalies, tick scalping, or hyper-leveraging single market events to pass.
