1. Who we are

PaidRebate.com ("PaidRebate", "we", "us", "our") is a comparison and cashback website for forex brokers, prop firms and crypto exchanges. It is operated by Swiftlink Consultancy DWC-LLC, registered in Dubai South Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (Business Licence No. 13705, Registration No. 12655), which is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We are not a broker, exchange, fund manager or investment adviser. Our role is to let users compare partners, open accounts through our referral or introducing-broker (IB) links, and receive commission-based cashback, alongside signals, expert advisors, competitions, tools and editorial content. 3. Google API Services disclosure (Limited Use)

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In practice this means we request only basic profile data (name, email address and profile picture) for account creation and sign-in; we never sell Google user data; we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking; we share it only as needed to run your account (hosting, email delivery and fraud prevention), where the law requires it, or with your consent; and we store access tokens securely and never expose them publicly or in logs. You can ask us to disconnect Google Sign-In at any time. Disconnecting it does not delete your PaidRebate account unless you also ask us to delete the account.

4. How we use your information

• Creating and securing your account, verifying your email, and enabling Google Sign-In and two-factor authentication.
• Attributing broker and exchange accounts, tracking clicks, and calculating rebates, referral earnings and competition results.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals and payouts, subscriptions and invoices, and preventing fraud and abuse.
• Providing support and sending transactional email such as security, payout and subscription notices, and, only where you have opted in, newsletters and promotions.
• Improving the site, measuring usage, remembering your preferences and personalizing content.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We process personal data on four bases: to perform our contract with you (your account, rebates, payouts and subscriptions); to meet legal obligations (fraud prevention and tax or accounting records); for our legitimate interests (security, service improvement and referral attribution); and on your consent (newsletters, non-essential cookies and public reviews). You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

6. Sharing and disclosure

• Partner brokers and exchanges: account number and IB or referral code only, so the partner can confirm attribution and rebates. We never send them your password, KYC images or payout details.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, email delivery and payment processing providers, who may process data only on our instructions.
• Legal and safety: where the law requires it, or to protect rights, property or safety.
• At your direction: the public reviews, testimonials and referrals you choose to publish or send.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share Google user data for advertising.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies (login, security and load balancing), preference cookies (currency, timezone, theme and referrer-code attribution) and analytics cookies to operate and measure the site. Our Cookie Policy explains each type and how to control them. If you disable cookies, login, payouts and rebate tracking may stop working.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and for as long as the law requires, typically up to five to seven years for financial and audit records. KYC images are kept only for as long as we need them for verification and fraud prevention. You can ask us to export or delete your data by writing to privacy@paidrebate.com. We will delete or anonymise it unless we are legally required to keep it, in which case we will tell you what we are keeping and why. Deleting your account forfeits any unclaimed rebates or payouts, as set out in our Terms of Use.

9. Security

We protect your data with HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted payment details, two-factor authentication (required before payouts), signed email-verification links and strict internal access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication and never share your one-time codes with anyone.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, to receive a portable copy and to withdraw consent, as well as the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@paidrebate.com from the address on your account. We aim to respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

11. Children and international transfers

PaidRebate is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Your data may be processed on servers outside your own country, with appropriate safeguards in place. By using the service, you agree to those transfers where they are needed to run your account.
