Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and what PaidRebate is

By accessing or using PaidRebate.com ("we", "us", "our", "the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. PaidRebate is an independent comparison and cashback portal for forex brokers, prop firms and crypto exchanges. We are not a broker, exchange, fund manager or investment adviser, and we do not hold client funds or place trades. Broker and exchange links on the Site are affiliate or IB links: we may earn a commission when you open an account or trade, and we pass part of it on to you as cashback. This does not change the price or execution you receive from the broker.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally permitted to trade leveraged products. It is your responsibility to check that using the Site and opening broker accounts is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or terminate service where it is prohibited.

3. Accounts: registration, Google Sign-In, security

• You can register with an email address and password, or with "Continue with Google". With Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture to create your account; see section 3 of our Privacy Policy.
• Give accurate details, including your name, email, phone, country and payout information, and keep them up to date. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise.
• Verify your email address to use payouts and some other features, and enable two-factor authentication, which is required before you can request a payout.
• You are responsible for your password, your two-factor codes and your devices. Tell us straight away if you notice unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks or multiple-account gaming.

4. Broker and exchange linking, and rebates

• To earn rebates, open or link your trading account through our tracked referral or IB link before you fund it, then submit the account number, platform and broker for verification. Accounts opened without our attribution are normally ineligible.
• Rebates are commission-sharing that offsets your trading costs. They are not deposits, interest, returns or profit guarantees, and they can accrue on losing trades. Rates, eligible account types and payment timing differ by partner and may change with notice.
• Click-tracking gaps, delayed broker reporting, and rejected, self-referred or churned trades can reduce the rebate payable. We may claw back rebates already paid on cancelled, fraudulent or non-commissionable volume.
• Broker data such as spreads, leverage, regulation and rebate rates is for comparison only and may change, so always confirm the current terms directly with the broker. Your trading contract is solely with the broker.

5. Payouts, deposits, fees and KYC

• Request payouts to a verified payment method in your own name, such as bank transfer, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Binance Pay, bKash or cryptocurrency. We may ask for KYC documents (proof of identity and address) and a fresh two-factor code before releasing funds.
• Minimum amounts, fees, processing times and supported methods are shown when you request a payout and may change. You are responsible for network and bank fees and for entering the correct wallet or account details.
• Signal and expert-advisor subscriptions are billed according to the plan shown at checkout; the Premium signal plan bills monthly at the price displayed when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your subscription settings or through support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Deleting your account forfeits unclaimed rebates and bonuses.

6. Referrals

You may invite other people using your personal link or code. Referral earnings, where offered, accrue only on verified, commissionable activity by the people you refer and are paid at the rate shown in your panel at the time. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam and misleading promotion forfeit earnings and may lead to suspension. Rates and levels may change for future referrals.

7. Signals, expert advisors, tools and competitions

• Signals: educational ideas only, not personal recommendations. Past win rates or pip counts do not predict future results, so apply your own analysis and risk management.
• Expert advisors: automated trading adds slippage, latency, disconnect and drawdown risk. Historical and hypothetical results benefit from hindsight and do not guarantee live performance.
• Tools and calculators: give illustrative estimates only. Check them against your broker.
• Competitions: are also governed by each competition's own rules on eligibility, scoring, prizes and payment of winnings. Prizes are not a guarantee of income.

8. Acceptable use and reviews

• Use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not break the law, defraud, spam, scrape aggressively, probe or disrupt the Site, or try to gain unauthorised access.
• Reviews, comments and testimonials must reflect your honest experience. No hate, defamation, other people's personal data or undisclosed paid promotion. We may moderate, hide or remove content and suspend repeat offenders.
• By posting content, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate it on the Site.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, logos and software are owned by PaidRebate or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use with attribution, but you may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content commercially without written permission.

10. Third parties

Brokers, exchanges, payment providers and other linked sites are independent businesses. A link or listing is not an endorsement. Your contracts, funds and disputes with them are between you and them alone, so check their regulation, terms and risks before you deposit or trade.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" for general information only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or profitability of any content, broker, signal, expert advisor, rebate or tool. Trading forex, CFDs and crypto with leverage carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone; see our Risk Disclosure. Use the information at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PaidRebate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Site, partner services, signals, expert advisors, rebates or payouts. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the three months before the claim.

13. Suspension, termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, abuse or legal reasons, and we may change features, rates, fees and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You may close your account by contacting support; closing it forfeits any unclaimed rewards once eligible balances have been settled.
