By participating in the special offer 40% Credit Bonus Promotion ("Promotion" or "Offer" or "Bonus"), you
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below:
• ACY Securities, as a trading name of ACY Capital LLC ('ACY LLC'), ACY LLC is incorporated in St
Vincent and the Grenadines (Company number: 2610 LLC 2022). Registered address: Suite 305,
Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, is offering clients the Tiered Deposit Credit
Bonus during the promotional period from 01/07/2026 to 30/09/2026 ("Promotion Period").
• This offer is not available in Australia.
• This offer is available in select markets only.
• At all times, please refer to the relevant legal documents of ACY LLC (which can be found on our
terms page here.
• This promotion is available to all clients of ACY LLC. This is a Credit Bonus and not a Welcome Bonus.
If you’re not already a client, you can open a trading account with ACY LLC.
• This promotion offers a tiered credit bonus structure: 40% credit bonus on deposit amounts between
USD 100 and USD 500, and 10% credit bonus on any amount exceeding USD 500 (or the equivalent in
the account's base currency). For example, a $600 deposit would receive a $210 credit bonus: $500 ×
40% + $100 × 10% = $200 + $10 = $210
• To receive the Tiered Credit Bonus, clients must fund their account with a minimum of USD 100 (or
the equivalent in their account's base currency).
• The maximum total Tiered Credit Bonus that a client may receive is USD 5,000 (or the equivalent in
the account's base currency). This is a lifetime maximum and does not reset.
• To claim the Tiered Credit Bonus, clients must submit a support ticket in the ACY Client Portal.
• At the time of the bonus application, the deposit amount must remain in the account to qualify for
the bonus.
• The Tiered Credit Bonus is calculated based on the client's eligible net balance, determined as the
lower of (Total Deposits – Total Withdrawals – Total Rebalances – (Total Bonuses × 5)) and Current
Balance. The eligible net balance must exceed USD 100 (or equivalent) to qualify. All eligible
transactions and bonus calculations are cumulative for the purpose of determining a client's lifetime
maximum bonus entitlement of USD 5,000 (or equivalent) and do not reset.
• The Bonus amount will be credited according to the client's default account base currency upon
the claim for the Bonus within the ACY Client Portal.
• The Bonus amount will be credited into MT4/MT5/ACY Trading Platform as a separate Credit,
different from your Balance.
• If the full trading volume requirements are not met after 60 days from the Bonus being applied,
your Credit will be withdrawn.
• If clients have traded the minimum lot requirements as per the table below, any remaining Credit will
be transferred into your Balance. E.g. Clients must trade 20 standard lotsfor every 100 units of bonus
on the default account.
• Bonus trading requirements are not prorated, clients must meet the full trading volume
requirement for the entire bonus before it can be transferred from the Credit to the Balance after 60
days from the bonus credit date.
• The Credit Bonus does not form part of the client’s equity for the purpose of meeting margin
requirements and cannot be relied upon to prevent stop-out or margin calls.

• ACY Securities reserves the right to remove, adjust, or expire the Credit Bonus at its sole
discretion. Such actions may affect open positions, including but not limited to changes in
available margin, margin levels, or overall trading conditions.
• In the event the account falls into a negative balance, ACY Securities may reset the balance to zero
in accordance with its negative balance protection policy, and any remaining Credit Bonus will be
automatically removed.

• Index CFDs and Crypto CFDs are not included in the trading volume.
• Residents of Australia, the USA, Iran and Pakistan are ineligible to enter the Promotion. ACY LLC only
onboard clients subject to local laws and regulations.
• MAM accounts and Copy Trading copier accounts (those copying signal providers
on www.tradingcup.com) are ineligible for this Promotion.
• At ACY LLC, the minimum amount of withdrawal is $USD50.
• ACY LLC reserves the right to deny any bonus based on its sole discretion and without notice.
All decisions are final.
• This offer may be extended for an additional period or cancelled, at any time and without notice at
the discretion of ACY LLC.
• The laws of St Vincent and the Grenadines shall govern these terms of the Promotion.
ACY LLC maintains the right to change the terms of Promotion at any time. All changes will be considered
retroactive and applicable to any previously applied prizes. Notices will be given to clients via posting on the
website or email. ACY LLC will not be held responsible for failure on the client's part to regularly review
posted terms and conditions. ACY LLC reserves the right to deny any bonus or reward based on its sole
discretion and without notice.
